Special Site – Tooting Bec Road

I saw this sign on some hoardings that surround a beautiful old house called (I think) Tooting Lodge on Tooting Bec Road. The building used to house a great Garden Centre, which was ramshackled and run down but really handsome and a touch bohemian. I was sorry to see it closed down.
It’s fantastic that Akbar wants to canvas the local populace to find out what they need.
